“Servito da te” (Served by You) – Workshop

This is the latest event of the public program for the exhibition “A memoria di forma” (In Memory of Form), curated by Pietro Gaglianò. Conceived by artists Caterina Sbrana and Gabriele Mallegni, the program aims to transform the Gipsoteca into a living laboratory and a gathering space—”bringing real people and bodies into a collection of imaginary ones.”
“Servito da te” is a specialized session dedicated to people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and to their caregivers.
Participants will work together on clay replicas of a tea set originally from the artists’ family. By handling, touching, and reshaping these objects, the replica tea set is transformed into a unique collection—an archive of new stories.
This initiative is held in collaboration with:

Chiara Tarantino and Francesca Corradi (USID – University Office for the Inclusion of Students with Disabilities)
A.I.M.A. Pisa Association
Fondazione Vincenzo Chiarugi della Misericordia di Empoli
