Our workshop is a space open to a continuous dialogue between the tradition of techniques and materials and our research in visual arts and design. Our workshop gypsoteque is constantly evolving, and it’s the result of years of meticulous collection and research of casts and sculptures from several historical periods, with a particular attention to the origin of the models and to their story. We execute handmade moulds according to the traditional plaster casting and moulding techniques. We also create different kind of handmade patinas and finishes, such as the white natural plaster, the antique patina made with natural materials, a bronze imitation hand-painted patina and gold, silver leaf, or watercolour details.The artworks from our gypsoteque are a fundamental part of our work, and an endless source of inspiration and reworking.
