These jewels are born from the long research that Caterina Sbrana has been conducting on the transformations of the landscape, on seeds and on wild plants.
With the capsules of papaver roheas, used as a mark, the artist is used to trace on paper or canvas a bestiary of animals and maps of the places of collection, a ritual work that resumes at each flowering season.
The poppy capsules that stand out on these jewels present an ancient and, at the same time, a contemporary design and these are some of those used to trace out the drawings and collected by the artist in the Tuscan countryside.
